WOD's for the Week

We are back from our spring break and we hope you had as good a time as we did. I think the weather was better for us than for you. I'm playing catch-up now and putting this weeks wod's up even though you have done the first two days already. I will include them just so our record is complete.

MONDAY 4-25-11
7 rounds for time of:
10 med ball cleans (20, 14)
10 burpees

TUESDAY 4-26-11
Back Squats
5-5-5-5-5

WEDNESDAY 4-27-11
"Mash Up" from crossfit St. Pete
1 minute of work for each movement with 15 seconds of transition between movements (just long enough to write down your reps)
Go through the list of 12 movements twice for total reps
1-jump rope (singles)
2-pull-ups
3-squats
4-jump rope
5-push-ups
6-walking lunge steps
7-jump rope
8-sit-ups
9-squats
10-jump rope
11-ring rows
12-leg lifts

THURSDAY 4-28-11
3 rounds for time of:
Run 100 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Sit-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Squats
Run 100 meters
50 Back extensions

FRIDAY 4-29-11
CrossFit Games Open Week 5
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
5 Power Cleans (145, 95)
10 Toes to Bar
15 Wall Balls (20, 14)

SATURDAY 4-30-11
Team Workout
