40 Double Unders
30 KB Swings
20 Steps Lunging Waiters Walk (15, 10)
10 Box Jumps (24, 20)

SATURDAY 4-23-11
Gym closed for Easter Holiday
Take your child to an Easter Egg Hunt (or borrow one) and do 5 squats for every egg they pick up.
