Thursday 8-9-12

30 Jump and Touch (something 12" taller than your standing reach)
20 Evil Wheels
10 Renegade Push-ups (35, 25)

FRIDAY 8-10-12
For Time:
21-15-9
Back Squat (225, 155)
x2 GHD Sit-ups (42, 30, 18)
