50 Pistols
30 Hang Power Cleans (225, 155)

WEDNESDAY 5-9-12
"The Chief"
AMRAP in 3 minutes:
3 Power Cleans (135, 95)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
rest 1 minute and repeat 4 more times for a total of 5 AMRAPS
count reps for each 3 minutes

THURSDAY 5-10-12
21-15-9
Box Jumps (24, 20)
KB Swings (53, 35)
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75, 55)

FRIDAY 5-11-12
"Trevor"
Group Workout
15 Pull-ups
20 Push-ups
25 Sit-ups
30 Squats
20 rounds = "Trevor"
divide rounds up between people in each class so that "Trevor" is completed in each hour.

SATURDAY 5-12-12
Tire Flips
Farmers Walk
Sand Bag Run
Jumping Back Squats
