TUESDAY 5-17-11

WEDNESDAY 5-18-11

Power Snatch (75, 55)
Pull-ups

THURSDAY 5-19-11
4 Rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
7 Muscle-ups (from knees and jump up)
**5pm and 6pm classes cancelled for Jackson High School Graduation

FRIDAY 5-20-11
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Wall Balls (20, 14)
15 Kettle bell Swings (53, 35)
